Preparation:
Each capsule contains 100 mg H. irritants, 200 mg Momordica balsamina L., 50 mg African herbal mix, 40 mg enzymes, and 7 mg Magnesium Stearate. Femina is free from artificial preservatives, chemicals, colorants, sugar and alcohol.

Dosage:
2 to 3 capsules daily, ½ hour before meals with a full glass of cold water. Femina should not be taken during the menstrual cycle. Patients suffering from low blood pressure should only take one capsule daily.

Recommendation:
Anecdotal data refers to Femina as being effective for fibrosis, reducing swollen and/or bloated areas and increasing the blood’s iron content.
